Jerry Can Challenge

The Jerry Can Challenge is designed to re-create what it’s like to walk 6 kilometres carrying a super heavy container of water, like many of the children and women we’re running and walking for experience daily.

Challenge Instructions

  1. Pick a container weighing between 0-40 lbs to use as your “Jerry Can.”
    • Examples: milk jug, backpack filled with books or a bucket – the options are endless.
  2. Fill your “Jerry Can”
    • Consider using something reusable like sand or marbles vs. water.
  1. Walk a portion of your 6K with your “Jerry Can” or challenge your Team to carry it between you for the full 6 kilometres.
  2. Take a picture of you or your team with your “Jerry Can.”
  3. Upload your picture using the form below for a chance to win!

All participants in the Jerry Can Challenge will be automatically entered in a draw to win a PureAnada Gift Basket ($200 value) and $100 FootLocker Gift Card.
