Rocky Dundas – Event Host
Director of Church Engagement, World Vision Canada
Rocky brings several decades of experience in Christian ministry and business development and as Director, Partnerships Church & Corporate. The breadth of his experience in non-profit and for-profit industries has established a critical skill set of leadership abilities in managing organizations and establishing successful partnerships.
Rocky was ordained with two denominations and has served in pastoral and lay leadership roles for over thirty years locally and nationally. As a Tyndale University and Arrow Leadership (Class 2) graduate, he most recently graduated from Norwich University with an MBA in Change Management and Organizational Leadership.
Rocky is married to Dr. Janice Dundas, and they enjoy their three adult children, one son-in-law, and two granddaughters. They are active members at Springvale Baptist Church, a local community church in Stouffville, Ontario.
David Kinnaman
President, Barna Group
David Kinnaman is the author of the bestselling books Faith For Exiles, Good Faith, You Lost Me and unChristian. He is president of Barna Group, a leading research and communications company that works with churches, nonprofits, and businesses ranging from film studios to financial services. Since 1995, David has directed interviews with more than two million individuals and overseen thousands of U.S. and global research studies. He lives in California with his three children.
Bruxy Cavey
Senior Pastor, The Meeting House, Ontario
Bruxy Cavey is the senior pastor at The Meeting House, a church for people who aren’t into church. The Meeting House is a multisite Anabaptist congregation in Ontario, Canada where thousands of people connect with God and each other through a widespread house church network, Sunday services, and online interactions. Tammy Junghans
Mission Canada Campus Worker, University of Manitoba, Manitoba
Tammy Junghans is a Mission Canada campus worker with The Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada and part of the SERVE Campus Network. She developed Segue, a student group at the University of Manitoba where she has focused her efforts since 2010.
Tammy’s heart is to disciple students and help them walk out the love of God in and through their lives. She can be found investing in the life of a student over coffee, directing a Red Frogs Crew as they safeguard students at a university party, teaching in a small group setting, or planning an initiative with students to combat injustice. She regularly takes courses to maintain first-hand experience in understanding the unique rhythms and challenges of student life. Tammy’s love for Christ and for others is contagious as she impacts a student generation to search, learn and grow.

Lead Pastor, Beulah Alliance Church, Alberta
Daniel Im is the Lead Pastor of Beulah Alliance Church a multi-generational, multi-ethnic, and multi-campus church in Greater Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. His latest book is You Are What You Do: And Six Other Lies about Work, Life, and Love. He is also the author of No Silver Bullets and co-author of Planting Missional Churches. Tammy Giffen

Tammy Giffen is the lead pastor of Groundswell, a multi-site church in Central Nova Scotia. Groundswell is a church plant that launched in September of 2018 with a vision to create spaces for unchurched people to find and follow Jesus. Tammy’s life was radically transformed by Jesus as an adult when she was invited to attend Alpha. Since then, she has been passionate about breaking down barriers for people and helping them meet Jesus. Tammy is married to Peter and has three amazing children; Taylor, Wesley, and Mya.
Ken Shigematsu
Senior Pastor, Tenth Church, British Columbia
Ken Shigematsu is the Senior Pastor of Tenth Church in Vancouver, BC, one of the largest and most diverse city-center churches in Canada. He is a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Medal awarded to Canadians in recognition for their outstanding contribution to the country. Before entering pastoral ministry, he worked for the Sony Corporation in Tokyo. Ken is the author of the award-winning bestsellers ‘God in My Everything’ and ‘Survival Guide for the Soul.’ Ken lives in Vancouver with his wife, Sakiko, and their son, Joey.
Michael Messenger
President, World Vision Canada
Michael provides leadership to relief, development and advocacy work, supporting the world’s most vulnerable children. His keen interest in the most fragile regions has taken him to countries such as South Sudan, Central African Republic and Afghanistan, where he met children and families who were living on the margins. Michael first joined World Vision in 1990 and assumed the role of President in 2015.
His leadership has sponsored numerous cross-functional initiatives and strategies throughout the Partnership. He has a degree in economics from Gordon College in Wenham, Massachusetts and a law degree from the University of Toronto. In his spare time, Michael runs marathons with Team World Vision, raising awareness and funds for children so they can reach their God-given potential.
